摘要
本文从微观角度出发,针对运动鞋中鞋底和鞋垫这两个关键部件,分别讨论了不同硬度组合对其减震性能影响规律,为设计适合人体的运动鞋提供参考依据。本文利用ADAMS软件建立了一款运动鞋模型,其中鞋底采用EVA发泡材料,鞋垫采用聚氨酯泡沫材料。通过设置不同的硬度组合分别对该鞋进行了模拟运动试验,得到了各个硬度的组合下鞋底和鞋垫在地面上的应力、位移等信息。
From the microscopic point of view,this paper discusses the influence of different hardness combinations on the shock absorption performance of the two key components of sports shoes,namely the sole and insole,so as to provide reference for designing sports shoes suitable for human body.In this paper,a sports shoe model is established by ADAMS software,in which the sole is made of EVA foam material and the insole is made of polyurethane foam material.By setting different hardness combinations,the shoe was simulated and tested,and the stress,displacement and other information of the sole and insole on the ground under different hardness combinations were obtained.
