Dunhuang murals,with their rich colors,delicate lines and profound cultural connotations,have become the treasures in the treasure house of Chinese art.Science fiction illustration,as the crystallization of modern science and technology and artistic imagination,leads the wind vane of future art with its forward-looking perspective and unique visual expression;How to integrate them is an important research topic.This paper takes Dunhuang murals as the main research object,deeply analyzes their artistic characteristics and cultural heritage,puts forward a series of strategies and methods to integrate Dunhuang murals into science fiction illustrations,and shows specific practical cases.It aims to provide new inspiration and ideas for the fusion creation of Dunhuang murals and science fiction illustrations.
