聚氨酯材料在锂离子电池中应用的最新进展

摘要 聚氨酯作为一种高度多样化的高分子材料,因其优异的力学性能、耐化学腐蚀性、耐磨性和热稳定性,广泛应用于工业和消费品领域。近年来,聚氨酯在锂离子电池中的应用引起了广泛关注。本文综述了聚氨酯材料在锂电池领域应用的最新进展和发展趋势。分别从其作为隔膜材料、电极粘结剂、封装材料、固态凝胶电解质和防火涂层等方面,分析了其对锂电池的安全性、循环寿命、耐用性和热稳定性的重要提升作用。结果表明,聚氨酯材料因其多功能特性,已在锂离子电池的多个关键组件中展示了巨大的应用潜力,值得锂电池领域研究者们在未来持续关注。 Polyurethane,as a highly diverse polymer material,is widely used in industrial and consumer goods fields due to its excellent mechanical properties,chemical corrosion resistance,wear resistance,and thermal stability.In recent years,the application of polyurethane in lithium-ion batteries has attracted widespread attention.This article reviews the latest progress and development trends of polyurethane materials in the field of lithium batteries.From the aspects of its use as separator material,electrode binder,packaging material,solid gel electrolyte and fireproof coating,etc.,the important role of it in improving the safety,cycle life,durability and thermal stability of lithium batteries was analyzed.The results indicate that polyurethane materials have shown great potential for application in multiple key components of lithium-ion batteries due to their multifunctional properties,and are worthy of continued attention from researchers in the field of lithium-ion batteries in the future.
