摘要
从工艺设计思想、能源消耗及操作费用等方面,对不同类型的硅工业窑烟气净化工艺进行了对比和分析。本文认为,在硅工业烟气治理中,采用低温脱硝和钙化法进行脱硫是最佳的选择。本项目既保证了过程的稳定和环境要求,又保证了副产物的性质,达到了工艺的最优。
Different types of flue gas purification processes for silicon industrial kilns are compared and analyzed in terms of process design ideas,energy consumption and operating costs.This paper concludes that low temperature denitrification and calcification method for desulfuriza-tion is the best choice in the flue gas treatment of silicon industry.This project ensures the stability of the process and environmental requirements,as well as the nature of the by-products,and achieves the optimization of the process.
