波斯坎原油评价及加工方案研究

摘要 采用国家或行业标准、实沸点蒸馏评价等方法对波斯坎原油及汽油、柴油、蜡油和渣油等馏分油性质进行了分析与讨论,结果表明,该原油密度大、总酸低、硫含量高,属于低酸高硫中质原油,其汽油馏分收率13.69%、铜片腐蚀、硫醇不合格,但90%蒸发温度符合车用汽油(V)95号。柴油馏分收率24.23%、十六烷值指数高、凝点低、硫含量高,脱硫后可作为-10号柴油调合组分。蜡油馏分收率12.59%、黏度低、硫含量高,不宜做润滑油原料,渣油馏分收率45.72%、针入度、软化点均达到沥青质量指标AH-70的要求,是生产沥青的理想原料。结合收率和各馏分油性质,提出该原油用于生产重交通道路沥青的加工方案。 The properties of Boscan crude oil and its distillates,such as gasoline,diesel oil,wax oil and residual oil were analyzed and discussed by means of national or industry standards and real boiling point distillation evaluation.The results showed that the crude oil was a low-acid and high-sulfur medium crude oil with high density,low total acid and high sulfur content.The gasoline fraction yield of the crude oil was 13.69%,copper corrosion and mercaptan was not qualified.However,90%evaporation temperature is consistent with motor gasoline(V)95.The diesel fraction with 24.23%yield,high cetane number index,low freezing point and high sulfur content can be used as the blending component of-10 diesel after desulfurization.The yield of waxoil distillate is 12.59%,the viscosity is low,the sulfur content is high,it is not suitable to be used as the raw material of lubricating oil.The yield of residual oil distillate is 45.72%,the penetration degree and the softening point all meet the requirements of the quality index of asphalt AH-70.Combining the yield and the properties of each distillate,the processing scheme of the crude oil used in the production of heavy traffic road asphalt was proposed.
