摘要
随着能源需求的不断增长和环保标准的日益严格,为解决煤炭发热量和挥发分检测的准确性与效率问题,本文对现有的发热量检测技术进行深入分析,包括氧弹热量计的功能结构检查、发热量检测实验流程,以及温度控制、读取与校正方法的优化,探讨了挥发分检测技术的改进,从马弗炉与坩埚的检查维护到挥发分的具体检测流程,再到采用热重分析技术(TGA)提高检测的准确度和重复性。
With the continuous growth of energy demand and the increasingly strict environmental protection standards,in order to solve the accuracy and efficiency of coal heat and volatile fraction detection,this paper is an in-depth analysis of the existing heat detection technology,in-cluding the functional structure of the oxygen bomb calorimeter check,heat detection experimental process and temperature control,reading and cal-ibration methods to optimize the volatile fraction detection technology to explore the improvement of volatile fraction detection technology from the muffle furnace and the crucible inspection and maintenance to the volatile fraction specific detection process,and then to the volatile fraction detec-tion technology to improve the quality of the coal quality assay,and to improve the quality of the coal.Crucible inspection and maintenance to the specific detection process of volatile fraction,and then to the adoption of thermogravimetric analysis technology(TGA)to improve the accuracy and repeatability of detection.
