摘要
为了解决加氢装置加热炉生产运行期间受储运中间罐区尾气的影响,加热炉炉膛温度及炉出口温度波动较大的问题。本文通过对储运中间罐区尾气压力曲线和尾气控制阀PID参数分析,经过数据对比和参数整定,对储运中间罐区压力控制和尾气控制阀PID参数进行调整,使储运中间罐区尾气控制阀能及时调整到位,从而减少了由此带来的安全隐患和生产波动。
In order to solve the problem of large fluctuations in furnace temperature and furnace outlet temperature of the heating furnace of the hydrogenation unit during production and operation due to the influence of tail gas from the storage and transportation intermediate tank area,this paper analyzes the tail gas pressure curve and tail gas control valve PID parameters of the storage and transportation intermediate tank area,and adjusts the pressure control and tail gas control valve PID parameters of the storage and transportation intermediate tank area through data comparison and parameter setting,so that the tail gas control valve of the storage and transportation intermediate tank area can be adjusted in place in time,thereby reducing the resulting safety hazards and production fluctuations.
