摘要
针对3万t/a废旧轮胎裂解项目进行了裂解炉燃烧室废气治理的实证研究,对照竣工环境保护验收监测数据,分析了废气难以稳定达标排放的成因,深入查找了环评阶段源强计算存在的偏差错误。根据裂解炉燃烧室废气含有细微油滴、多台裂解炉燃烧室废气连接管道缺少风闸门、燃烧室和焚烧室不具备SCR或SNCR脱硝温度区间的实际情况,提出了连接管道增设风闸门、采取“二燃室+布袋除尘+TiO_(2)催化光解脱硝+碱液喷淋脱硫”组合式废气治理措施的建议,企业采纳建议后完善了废气治理工程设施,实现了废旧轮胎裂解炉燃烧室废气的稳定达标排放。
An empirical study on the treatment of exhaust gas in the combustion chamber of cracking furnace was carried out for the 30,000 tons/year waste tire cracking project,and the causes of the difficult discharge of exhaust gas to meet the standards were analyzed according to the monitoring data of environmental protection acceptance of completion,and the deviations and errors in the calculation of source intensity in the EIA stage were deeply found.According to the actual situation that the exhaust gas of the combustion chamber of the cracking furnace contains fine oil droplets,the exhaust gas connecting pipes of the combustion chamber of several cracking furnaces lack air gates,and the combustion chamber and incineration chamber do not have SCR or SNCR denitrification temperature range,the suggestions of adding air gate to the connecting pipeline and adopting the combined exhaust gas treatment measures of"secondary combustion chamber+bag dust removal+TiO_(2) catalytic photodenitrification+alkali spray desulfurization"were put forward.After adopting the suggestions,the enterprise improved the exhaust gas treatment engineering facili-ties and realized the stable emission of exhaust gas in the combustion chamber of the waste tire cracking furnace.
