湖山硫酸厂制酸系统优化改造

摘要 纳米比亚湖山硫酸厂采用硫磺作原料生产98.4%硫酸,产能50万t/a。经七年多运行,硫酸厂逐渐出现设备老化和系统阻力上升的问题,导致设备密闭性变差、环境影响增大、生产负荷下降。为改善这一现状,结合当地运行环境,公司采取了一系列技术改进措施,例如优化酸循环槽排气、改造循环酸泵座密封、加强干燥塔“U”型联通管液封等,取得良好效果。在改造后的六个多月运行期间,设备密闭性良好,环境持续改善,生产负荷逐渐爬升,每天多产硫酸150 t,发电功率从9 MW上升至12 MW,累计多发电130万千瓦时,综合创造经济效益154万美元。 The Sulphuric Acid Plant of Husab Mine in Namibia utilizes the sulphur as the raw material to produce 98.4%sulphuric acid with a capacity of 500,000 tonnes/year.After seven years plus of operation,the sulphuric acid plant has gradually undergone the problems of equipment aging and system resistance rising,resulting in deterioration of equipment sealing mechanism,increased environmental impacts and decreased production rate.In order to improve the situation,a series of technical improvement measures have been taken in the local operating environment,such as optimising the venting design of the acid circulation tank,modifying the seal of the circulating acid pump seats,and strengthening the‘U’type liquid seal of the drying tower,etc.,which proved the corresponding effectivenesses.During a six-month operation period post the project,the equipment sealing mechanism kept sound,the environment was improving,and the production rate gained rising,150 tonnes of sulphuric acid more being produced per day,power output being increased from 9 MW to 12 MW,1.3 million kWh of electricity more being generated cumulatively,resulting in a comprehensive economic benefit of USD 1.54 million.
