电力变压器的运行维护及故障处理分析

摘要 为提升电力变压器的运行可靠性与安全性,分析了变压器常见故障,包括绝缘老化与破损、冷却系统故障、磁芯和线圈的机械性损伤等,并提出相应的维护与故障处理策略。通过常规检查、精确测量、热成像与声波检测以及油质分析等手段,对变压器故障进行预防性维护和早期识别。这一系列系统化的维护策略能够有效延长变压器使用寿命,减少故障发生,提升电力系统的整体稳定性与运行效率。 In order to improve the operation reliability and safety of power transformer,analyzes the common faults of transformer,including insulation aging and damage,cooling system failure,mechanical damage of magnetic core and coil,and puts forward corresponding maintenance and fault handling strategies.Through routine inspection,accurate measurement,thermal imaging and acoustic detection,and oil quality analysis,preventive maintenance and early identification of transformer faults are carried out.This series of systematic maintenance strategies can effectively prolong the service life of transformers,reduce faults and improve the overall stability and operation efficiency of power systems.
