评估指标视角下档案实验室建设框架构建研究

Research on the Construction Framework of Archival Laboratory from the Perspective of Evaluation Indicators

档案实验室是推进档案科技创新、助力档案工作提质增效的重要基地,如何科学有效地建设档案实验室并发挥其科技基础支撑作用是当前的关键议题。通过对26份国家级及省级实验室评估指标的编码分析,提取5个实验室建设一级要素及14个二级要素,并结合档案事业发展要求和专业特色构建包含目标层、功能层、支撑层的档案实验室建设框架,提出明确攻关方向和价值定位、引育跨学科科技团队、服务学科行业和社会、多渠道输出档案话语与建立科学发展支撑机制等具体思路,以期对未来各类型、各层级档案实验室建设实践提供参考。

Archival laboratory is an important base for organizing archival technological innovation and helping archival work improve quality and efficiency.How to construct archival laboratory scientifically and effectively and to play the supporting role of its scientific and technological foundation is the key issue at present.Through the coding analysis of 26 national and provincial laboratory evaluation indicators,and combined with the development requirements of archives undertaking and professional characteristics,an archival laboratory construction framework including target layer,function layer and support layer is constructed.In order to provide feasible reference for the future construction practice of archival laboratories of various types and levels,specific ideas such as clear research direction orientation,introduction of interdisciplinary science and technology teams,service to disciplines,industries and society,multi-channel output of archival discourse and establishment of scientific development support mechanism are proposed.
