泪囊鼻腔造孔术联合板蓝根液棉片在慢性泪囊炎中的应用效果

Application effect of dacryocystosinostomy combined with Isatidis Radix Liquid Cotton in chronic dacryocystitis

目的观察泪囊鼻腔造孔术联合板蓝根液棉片在慢性泪囊炎中的应用效果。方法选取2020年2月至2022年2月丰城市中医院收治的90例慢性泪囊炎患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组各45例。对照组患者接受泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗,研究组患者接受泪囊鼻腔造孔术联合板蓝根液棉片治疗,对所有患者术后随访1年。比较两组治疗后3个月临床疗效、术后并发症及随访期间复发率,并比较两组治疗前、治疗后1年生活质量变化情况[健康调查简表(SF-36)进行评估]。结果研究组治疗3个月的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组随访1年期间复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后1年SF-36评分均高于同组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后1年SF-36各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用泪囊鼻腔造孔术联合板蓝根液棉片治疗慢性泪囊炎具有确切疗效,能够显著降低术后复发率,具有良好安全性。

Objective To observe the effect of dacryocystosinostomy combined with Isatidis Radix Liquid Cotton in chronic dacryocystitis.Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic dacryocystitis treated in Fengcheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the study group and the control group by random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group received dacryocystorhinasostomy,while the study group received dacryocystorhinasostomy combined with Isatidis Radix Liquid Cotton.All patients were followed up for 1 year.The clinical efficacy,postoperative complications and recurrence rate at 3 months after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the changes in quality of life before treatment and 1 year after treatment were compared between the two groups(the MOS item short health survey[SF-36]).Results The total effective rate of the study group at 3 months was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group during 1 year followed up,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores of the two groups at 1 year after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SF-36 in the study group were higher than those in the control group one year after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dacryocystosinostomy combined with Isatidis Radix Liquid Cotton in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis has a definite effect,can significantly reduce the postoperative recurrence rate,and has good safety.
