超减张缝合技术在骨科手术切口闭合中的临床应用效果

Clinical application effect of hypertonic suture technique in closing the incision in orthopedic surgery

目的探讨超减张缝合技术在骨科手术切口闭合中的临床应用效果。方法选取抚州市第一人民医院2023年1月至12月80例拟行骨科手术治疗的患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为观察组(40例)与对照组(40例),对照组采用骨科手术传统缝合法,观察组则采用超减张缝合技术。比较两组围手术期指标。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组手术缝合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后愈合情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后3 d视觉模拟评分表(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后1个月温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分与总并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科手术中使用超减张缝合技术能够显著缩短住院时间,促进术后良好愈合,术后患者疼痛程度及瘢痕发生情况明显减轻,且并发症发生率低,安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of hypertonic suture technique in orthopedic surgical incision closure.Methods A total of 80 patients who planned to undergo orthopaedic surgery in First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional orthopaedic surgery suture,and the observation group was treated with hypertonic suture technique.The perioperative indicators were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of surgical suture in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative healing of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score 3 days after operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Vancouver scar scale(VSS)score and total complication rate in observation group 1 month after operation were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of hypertonic suture technique in orthopedic surgery can significantly shorten the length of hospital stay,promote postoperative healing,significantly reduce postoperative pain and scar occurrence,and have a low complication rate and high safety.
