“互联网+”链式管理在失能、半失能老人家庭病床服务中的应用效果

Application effect of"Internet+"chain management in home hospital bed service for disabled and semi-disabled elderly

目的探讨医共体下基于“互联网+”链式管理在失能、半失能老人家庭病床中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月杭州市萧山区中医院医共体总院出院的80例失能、半失能老人作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各40例。研究组采用基于“互联网+”的链式管理的家庭病床服务,对照组接受出院健康教育和随访。比较两组接受服务前后的自我效能及满意度。结果服务前,两组的一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分和对护理服务的满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。服务后,两组的GSES评分和满意度均高于本组服务前,且研究组的GSES评分和满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+”链式管理模式下的家庭病床服务能够提高失能、半失能老人自我效能和满意度,在一定程度上满足失能、半失能老人的个性化延续护理服务需求,提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of"Internet+"chain management in the home hospital bed service of disabled and semi-disabled elderly people under the medical community.Methods A total of 80 disabled and semi-disabled elderly patients discharged from the Medical Community General Hospital of Hangzhou Xiaoshan District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The study group adopted home hospital bed service based on"Internet+"chain management,and the control group received discharge health education and follow-up.The self-efficacy and satisfaction before and after receiving the service were compared between the two groups.Results Before service,there were no significant differences in general perceived self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores and satisfaction with nursing services between the two groups(P>0.05).After the service,the GSES scores and satisfaction of the two groups were higher than those before the service,and the GSES scores and satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The home hospital bed service under the"Internet+"chain management mode can improve the self-efficacy and satisfaction of the disabled and semi-disabled elderly,meet the personalized continuous care service needs of the disabled and semi-disabled elderly to a certain extent,and improve their quality of life.
