虚拟现实技术在神经系统疾病功能康复教学中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨虚拟现实技术在神经系统疾病功能康复教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月在南昌大学第一附属医院神经外科接受神经系统疾病功能康复教学的60名实习护士作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组(30名)和研究组(30名)。对照组采用传统教学法,研究组采用基于虚拟现实技术教学法。比较两组的考核成绩、综合能力和教学满意度。结果两组实习护士培训后的理论知识成绩、操作技能成绩均高于本组培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组培训后的理论知识成绩、操作技能成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组培训后的知识掌握、沟通技巧、临床思维、知识转化评分均高于本组培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组培训后的知识掌握、沟通技巧、临床思维、知识转化评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组培训后的综合技能、临床思维判断能力、学习兴趣、模拟临床环境、为临床做准备、提高教学效果、自学能力满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于虚拟现实技术应用在神经系统疾病功能康复教学中,可提高教学效果、护士的综合能力以及教学满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of virtual reality technology in functional rehabilitation of neurological diseases.Methods A total of 60 practice nurses who received functional rehabilitation teaching of nervous system diseases in the Department of Neurosurgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the study group(30 cases)by random number table method.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the study group adopted the teaching method based on virtual reality technology.The examination results,comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge scores and operational skills scores of the two groups of practice nurses after training were higher than those before training,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical knowledge scores and operational skills scores of the study group after training were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of knowledge mastery,communication skills,clinical thinking and knowledge transformation of the two groups after training were higher than those before training,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of knowledge mastery,communication skills,clinical thinking and knowledge transformation of the study group after training were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,the comprehensive skills,clinical thinking and judgment ability,learning interest,simulating clinical environment,preparing for clinical practice,improving teaching effect and self-learning ability satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of virtual reality technology in the teaching of functional rehabilitation of nervous system diseases can improve the teaching effect,the comprehensive ability of nurses and the teaching satisfaction.
