实习护生针刺伤体验质性研究的meta整合

Meta-synthesis of qualitative studies on needlestick injuries experience of nursing students

目的系统评价和整合有关实习护生针刺伤体验的质性研究,以期为制定针对性预防策略提供参考。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、EBSCO等中英文数据库,收集有关实习护生针刺伤相关的质性研究,检索时限均为建库至2023年10月。采用澳大利亚Joanna Briggs研究所循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准对纳入文献进行质量评价,并采用汇集性整合方法对结果进行整合。结果共纳入10篇文献,提炼出22个研究结果,归纳为3个整合结果(实习护生针刺伤发生的原因、针刺伤发生后的感受、希望获得的帮助),共8个类别。结论管理者应重视实习护生针刺伤后真实感受,并加强专业指导,学校和医院共同做好职业安全教育培训,完善实习护生职业防护支持系统,给予护生更多人文关怀,有效降低针刺伤风险。

Objective To systematically evaluate and integrate the qualitative research on the needlestick injuries experience of nursing students,in order to provide reference for the formulation of targeted prevention strategies.Methods The qualitative research on needlestick injuries among nursing students was collected from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,EBSCO and other Chinese and English databases by computer.The search time was from the establishment of the database to October 2023.The quality evaluation criteria of Joanna Briggs institute Evidence-based Health Care Center in Australia were used to evaluate the quality of the included literatures,and the results were integrated by a pooled integration method.Results A total of 10 literatures were included,and 22 research results were extracted,which were summarized into 3 integrated results(causes of needle-stick injury among nursing students;feelings after needle-stick injury;want help),8 categories.Conclusion Managers should pay attention to the real feelings of nursing students after needle-stick injury,strengthen professional guidance,schools and hospitals should jointly do occupational safety education and training,improve the vocational protection support system for nursing students,give more humanistic care to nursing students,and effectively reduce the risk of needle-stick injury.
