磁电刺激联合生物反馈在轻中度压力性尿失禁中的疗效

摘要 目的观察磁电刺激联合生物反馈在轻中度压力性尿失禁中的疗效。方法选取2021年5月至2023年5月珠海市中西医结合医院收治的100例轻中度压力性尿失禁患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(50例)与对照组(50例),试验组采用磁刺激、电刺激加生物反馈治疗;对照组采用电刺激加生物反馈治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后Ⅰ类及Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力,Ⅰ类及Ⅱ类肌纤维疲劳度,两组患者的治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,试验组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组盆底Ⅰ类肌纤维肌力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组Ⅰ类肌纤维疲劳度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者Ⅱ类肌纤维疲劳度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论磁电刺激联合生物反馈能改善轻中度压力性尿失禁患者临床症状,值得推广。 Objective To observe the effect of magnetoelectric stimulation combined with biofeedback in mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence.Methods A total of 100 patients with mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence admitted to Zhuhai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into experimental group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).Magnetic stimulation,electrical stimulation and biofeedback therapy were used in the experimental group.The control group was treated with electrical stimulation and biofeedback.The muscle strength of classⅠand ClassⅡmuscles fibers,the fatigue of classⅠand classⅡmuscle fibers before and after treatment,and the total effective rate of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The muscle strength of classⅠpelvic floor muscle fibers in experimental groups was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in muscle strength of classⅡmuscle fibers between the two groups(P>0.05).The fatigue of clasⅠmuscle fibers of experimental group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the fatigue of ClassⅡmuscle fiber between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Magnetoelectric stimulation combined with biofeedback can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence,and it is worth promoting.
