半导体激光在牙周牙髓联合病变中的应用效果

Application effect of semiconductor laser in endodontic-periodontic lesions

目的评估半导体激光应用在牙周牙髓联合病变(EPL)辅助治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年12月合肥市口腔医院收治的96例EPL患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(48例)与观察组(48例),对照组患者采用牙周牙髓基础治疗+盐酸米诺环素软膏,观察组患者给予牙周牙髓基础治疗+半导体激光治疗。比较两组患者的临床有效率、牙周检查指标[牙周袋深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、临床附着丧失(CAL)、牙龈指数(GI)]、龈沟液炎症因子[白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]。结果观察组治疗后6个月的临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后PD、PLI、SBI、CAL、GI、IL-6、TNF-α低于对照组,IL-4高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对EPL患者辅以半导体激光治疗,可以提高临床有效率,改善牙周检查指标,减轻牙周炎症状态。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of semiconductor laser in the adjuvant treatment of endodontic-periodontic lesions(EPL).Methods A total of 96 patients with EPL admitted to Hefei Stomatological Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(48 cases)and observation group(48 cases)according to random number table method.Patients in the control group received periodontal pulp basic treatment+Minocycline Hydrochloride Cream.Observation group received periodontal pulp basic treatment+semiconductor laser treatment.The clinical effective rate,periodontal examination indexes(periodontal pocket depth[PD],plaque index[PLI],sulous bleeding index[SBI],clinical attachment loss[CAL],gingival index[GI]),gingival fluid inflammatory factors(interleukin-4[IL-4],interleukin-6[IL-6],tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α])of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 6 months after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PD,PLI,SBI,CAL,GI,IL-6 and TNF-αin observation group were lower than those in control group,and IL-4 was higher than that in control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of EPL with semiconductor laser can improve the clinical efficiency,improve the periodontal examination index and reduce the periodontal inflammation.
