金振口服液联合沙丁胺醇雾化在小儿支气管肺炎患儿中的应用效果

Application effect of Jinzhen Oral Liquid combined with Salbutamol atomization in children with bronchopneumonia

目的探讨金振口服液联合沙丁胺醇雾化治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年12月抚州市妇幼保健院收治的72例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组各36例。对照组采用沙丁胺醇雾化治疗,试验组采用金振口服液联合沙丁胺醇雾化治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、中医证候积分、血清因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞(WBC)]水平以及肺功能[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)及呼气峰流速(PEF)],并记录不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组各项中医证候积分与血清因子水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组各项肺功能指标水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿不良反总应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论金振口服液联合沙丁胺醇雾化治疗能够改善支气管肺炎患儿各项临床症状,促进血清因子水平及肺功能指标恢复,且应用安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the effect of Jinzhen Oral Liquid combined with Salbutamol atomization in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children.Methods A total of 72 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Salbutamol atomization,and the experimental group was treated with Jinzhen Oral Liquid combined with Salbutamol atomization.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,serum factors(C-reactive protein[CRP],procalcitonin[PCT],white blood cell[WBC])levels and lung function(forced vital capacity[FVC],forced expiratory volume in one second[FEV1]and peak expiratory flow[PEF])of the two groups were compared,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded of the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and serum factors in experimental group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of pulmonary function indexes in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Jinzhen Oral Liquid combined with Salbutamol atomization can improve the clinical symptoms of bronchopneumonia children,promote the recovery of serum factor levels and lung function indexes,and the application is safe and reliable.
