教育数字化转型背景下针灸学案例教学法+床边教学的教学模式研究与实践

摘要 目的探讨教育数字化转型背景下针灸学案例教学法(CBL)+床边教学的教学模式效果。方法选取2023年7月至2024年1月长春中医药大学轮转针灸科的2019级中西医临床医学专业56名学生为研究对象,将其纳入观察组,在教育数字化转型背景下对其实施CBL+床边教学的教学模式,另选取2022年7月至2023年5月轮转针灸科的2018级中西医临床医学专业56名学生,将其纳入对照组,实施传统教学模式,比较两组学生出科成绩、综合能力提升情况、学习能力评分情况及满意度评价结果。结果观察组学生出科成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自主学习能力、医患沟通能力、团队协作能力、解决问题能力及中医思维能力等方面综合能力提升高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学习能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在教育数字化转型背景下将CBL+床边教学的教学模式用于针灸学中,有助于提高学生的成绩及学习能力,并使其综合能力得以全面提升,学生满意度高。 Objective To explore the effect of case teaching method(CBL)and bedside teaching in acupuncture and moxibustion under the background of digital transformation of education.Methods A total of fifty-six students class of 2019 majoring in clinical Chinese and Western medicine in the rotating acupuncture department of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine from July 2023 to January 2024 were taken as the research object,and they were included in the observation group,and the CBL+bedside teaching mode was implemented under the background of digital transformation of education.In addition,56 students majoring in clinical Chinese and Western medicine in our hospital from July 2022 to May 2023 were selected and included in the control group,the academic performance,comprehensive ability improvement,learning ability score and satisfaction evaluation results of the two groups were compared.Results The students in the observation group scored higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive abilities of self-study ability,doctor-patient communication ability,teamwork ability,problem-solving ability and thinking ability of traditional Chinese medicine in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of learning ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the background of digital transformation of education,applying CBL+bedside teaching mode to acupuncture will help to improve students'grades and learning ability,and make their comprehensive ability comprehensively improved,with high satisfaction.
