品管圈活动对血液透析患者动静脉内瘘的影响

Effect of quality control circle activity on arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients

目的探讨品管圈活动对血液透析患者动静脉内瘘的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月九江市中医医院收治的符合条件的90例血液透析患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(45例)和观察组(45例),对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用品管圈活动干预。评估患者的首次穿刺成功率、首次穿刺时间、穿刺时血管条件及患者总满意度。结果干预后,观察组首次穿刺时间短于对照组,首次穿刺成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的静脉距皮深度、静脉内径长于对照组,静脉内瘘自然血流量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液透析患者采用品管圈活动可有效促进内瘘成熟,改善穿刺时血管条件,缩短患者内瘘首次穿刺时间,提升内瘘首次穿刺成功率和患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle activity on arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 90 eligible hemodialysis patients admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group(45 cases)and observation group(45 cases)according to the random number table method.The success rate of the first puncture,the time of the first puncture,the vascular condition at the time of puncture,and the total satisfaction of patients were evaluated.Results After intervention,the first puncture time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the success rate of the first puncture was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the venous talataneous depth and venous diameter of the observation group were longer than those of the control group,and the natural blood flow of venous fistula was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of quality control circle activities in hemodialysis patients can effectively promote the maturation of internal fistula,improve the vascular condition during puncture,shorten the time of the first puncture of internal fistula,and improve the success rate of first puncture of internal fistula and patient satisfaction.
