肠-脑-皮轴与斑秃相关性的研究进展

摘要 斑秃是一种由遗传和环境等多因素引起的以T细胞介导的炎症性自身免疫性非瘢痕性脱发,发病的关键是毛囊免疫特权的豁免,常见共病有炎症性肠病、克罗恩病、肠易激综合征、甲状腺疾病、类风湿性关节炎、焦虑症、抑郁症等。近几年,研究人员发现肠道菌群和心理压力可能影响斑秃的发生和发展,这与现代医学中的肠-脑-皮轴理论相吻合。本文综述肠-脑-皮轴与斑秃相关性的研究进展,为斑秃病机的阐明及临床诊疗提供新的思路。。 Alopecia areata is a T-cell-mediated inflammatory autoimmune non-scarring hair loss caused by multiple factors such as genetics and environment.The key to its pathogenesis is the exemption from hair follicle immune privileges.Common comorbidities include inflammatory bowel disease,Crohn's disease,irritable bowel syndrome,thyroid diseases,rheumatoid arthritis,anxiety,and depression.In recent years,researchers have found that gut microbiota and psychological stress may influence the occurrence and development of alopecia areata,which is consistent with the modern medical theory of the gut-brain-skin axis.This article reviews the research progress on the connection between the gut-brain-skin axis and alopecia areata,providing new insights into the pathogenesis and clinical diagnosis and treatment of alopecia areata.
