基于生物信息学分析雄激素性脱发的相关致病基因和信号通路

摘要 目的利用生物信息学方法筛选出雄激素性脱发(AGA)的差异基因(DEGs)和可能与雄激素性脱发发病相关的通路,为AGA的发病机制和治疗方案提供新思路。方法从GEO数据库下载雄激素性脱发相关基因芯片表达谱;筛选出DEGs并进行富集分析;基于String数据库构建蛋白质互作网络(PPI),并通过Cytoscape软件筛选关键基因。结果在10份头皮样本中共筛选出142个DEGs。GO富集分析显示这些DEGs主要富集在表皮发育、细胞结构、中间纤维等方面。KEGG富集分析筛选出这些DEGs主要与金黄色葡萄球菌感染、雌激素信号通路有关。通过PPI分析共筛选出LEF1、HOXC13、MMP2、KIT、FOS、BMP2、SERPINA1、MLLT11、KRT33B、STMN2这10个关键基因。结论金黄色葡萄球菌感染、雌激素信号通路可能与AGA的发病相关,MMP2、KIT、FOS、STMN2为上调基因,LEF1、HOXC13、BMP2、SERPINA1、MLLT11、KRT33B为下调基因。
