氢能储运工程中临氢管道材料选择探讨

摘要 目前全球各国正结合自身发展特点及技术优势,全面布局和发展氢能产业链。大力发展氢能是我国实现“双碳”目标、实现绿色转型的重要手段之一,我国氢能产业起步较晚,但发展迅速,近年来,我国在氢能交通、绿氢炼化等方面取得长足发展,随着氢能产业从示范向大规模应用发展,绿氢储运规模也不断扩大,氢气储运的安全问题亦日益突显。氢气储运安全是一个系统问题,涉及规范选择、平面布置、工艺设计、自动控制、监控、设备、材料选择等各个方面。本文针对氢能储运工程中常温氢气储运场景,对氢气储运工程中不同压力、不同应用场合中临氢管道的材料选择进行研究,结合氢气的特点、国内外涉氢管道材料研究的现状及氢能行业发展需求,提出现阶段常温氢气管道材料选择建议。 At present,countries around the world are comprehensively laying out and developing the hydrogen energy industry chain based on their own development characteristics and technological advantages.Vigorously developing hydrogen energy is one of the important means to achieve the goal of“double carbon”and realize the green transformation.China’s hydrogen energy industry started late,but has developed rapidly.In recent years,China has made great progress in hydrogen energy transportation,green hydrogen refining and other aspects.With the development of the hydrogen energy industry from demonstration to large-scale application,the scale of green hydrogen storage and transportation continues to expand,and the safety issues of hydrogen storage and transportation are becoming increasingly prominent.The safety of hydrogen storage and transportation is a systemic issue that involves various aspects such as standard selection,plane layout,process design,automatic control,monitoring,equipment and material selection.This article focuses on the scenario of normal temperature hydrogen storage and transportation in hydrogen energy storage and transportation engineering,and studies the material selection of hydrogen pipelines in different pressures and application scenarios.Based on the characteristics of hydrogen,the current research status of hydrogen pipeline materials both domestically and internationally,and the development needs of the hydrogen energy industry,suggestions for the material selection of normal temperature hydrogen pipelines at this stage are proposed.
