摘要
在大检修期间,某公司对脱沥青油加热炉烟气余热回收系统进行了改造,拆除了炉顶的热管空气预热器,在地面新增高温段空气预热器和低温段空气预热器。低温段采用蜂窝陶瓷蓄热式空气预热器,利用4组可调节八通换向阀(八通阀)实现高温烟气和低温空气的换热。分析了投用不同组数八通阀对脱沥青油加热炉排烟温度和热效率的影响,结果表明:投用4组八通阀时,加热炉排烟温度在50~55℃波动,此时排烟温度最低,加热炉热效率最高,为96.74%;分别投用4组、3组、2组八通阀时,加热炉排烟温度均低于80℃,均实现了火焰加热炉排烟温度低于90℃且换热元件无腐蚀的目标。
During the overhaul,a company has reformed the waste heat recovery system from flue gas of the deasphalted oil heating furnace,removing the heat pipe air preheater on the top of the furnace,and adding a high temperature section air preheater and a low temperature section air preheater on the ground.The new ceramic regenerative air preheater used in the low temperature section uses four sets of adjustable eight-way valves to realize heat exchange between high temperature flue gas and low temperature air.The influence of different set numbers of eight-way valves on the exhaust temperature and thermal efficiency of deasphalted oil heating furnace is analyzed.When using four sets of eight-way valves,the exhaust temperature of the heating furnace fluctuates between 50 and 55℃,with the lowest exhaust temperature and the highest heating furnace thermal efficiency of 96.74%.Under the three working conditions,the exhaust temperature of the furnace is below 80℃,and the goal that the exhaust temperature of the flame heating furnace is below 90℃and the heat exchange element is not corroded is realized.
