超厚结构保温一体化墙体免拆模板受力性能研究

摘要 随着各省绿色建筑政策的发布,结构保温一体化墙体面对高要求节能目标难以胜任,超200 mm厚度保温层成为未来满足节能水平主要途径之一,以实际工程为研究案例,通过ANSYS有限元软件进行风载下仿真模拟,对比研究结构保温一体化墙体中220 mm厚免拆模板在框剪结构中受力情况,结果表明免拆模板厚度增加、自重增大时,其变形也成倍数增加,且在高层建筑中不同构件交界处以及阴阳角部位易发生应力集中,是免拆模板易损部位,现有连接件不能满足超厚结构保温一体化墙体免拆模板使用要求,需根据受力特性进行改进。 With the release of green building policies in various provinces,the structural insulation integrated wall is difficult to meet the energy-saving target with high requirements,and the insulation layer with a thickness of more than 200mm has become one of the main ways to meet the energysaving level in the future.This paper takes the actual project as a case study,and simulates under wind load through ANSYS finite element software.A comparative study on the stress of 220mm thick non-removable formwork in the frame-shear structure of the structural insulation integrated wall shows that when the thickness of the non-removable formwork increases and its dead weight increases,its deformation also increases multiple times.In addition,stress concentration is prone to occur at the junction of different components and the Yin and Yang Angle in high-rise buildings,which is the vulnerable part of the non-removable formwork.The existing connectors can not meet the requirements of the use of non-disassembling formwork for the ultra-thick structural insulation integrated wall,and need to be improved according to the mechanical characteristics.
