貉主要疫病病原研究进展

Progress on the Pathogens of Main Infectious Diseases of Raccoon Dogs

疫病已成为制约貉健康发展的重要因素,引起貉疫病的病原种类很多,包括病毒、细菌及寄生虫等。论文将貉主要病毒病病原(犬瘟热病毒、细小病毒、禽流感病毒、阿留申病毒、圆环病毒等)流行毒株的分子生物学特点,细菌病病原(大肠埃希氏菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、奇异变形杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、巴氏杆菌、链球菌等)的流行血清型、毒力基因、耐药基因以及耐药性,以及寄生虫病病原(巴贝斯虫、附红细胞体、新孢子虫、弓形虫、隐孢子虫、毕氏肠微孢子虫、蓝氏贾第虫等)的流行率和基因型等方面进行综述,为这些疫病的预防和控制提供参考。

Infectious diseases have become an important factor limiting the healthy development of raccoon dogs breeding industry.There are many kinds of pathogens causing infectious diseases of raccoon dogs,including bacteria,viruses,and parasites.In this review,we discuss the molecular biological characteristics of the prevalent strains of the major viral pathogens(canine distemper virus,parvovirus,avian influenza virus,Aleutian virus,circovirus,etc.),the prevalent serotype,virulence genes,drug resistance genes,and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria(Escherichia coli,Klebsiella,Streptococcus Proteus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Pasteurella,Streptococcus,etc.),the prevalence and genotype of parasitic pathogens(Babesia,Eperythrozoon,Neospora,Toxoplasma,Cryptosporidium,Enterocytozoon bieneusi,Giardia lamblia,etc.)in raccoon dogs,providing reference for further prevention and control of infectious diseases.
