蒙古栎5-9月叶片精油化学成分及其抗氧化活性分析

摘要 为了综合开发利用丰富的蒙古栎资源,探索蒙古栎5-9月叶片精油的化学成分和抗氧化活性,以蒙古栎5-9月叶片为原料,通过微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法,分别提取每个月份的蒙古栎叶片精油,采用GC-MS分析其化学成分,通过对比精油与抗坏血酸(VC)对ABTS阳离子自由基和DPPH自由基的清除率评价精油的抗氧化活性。结果表明:蒙古栎5-9月叶片精油中共有9类70种化合物。不同月份叶片精油的化学成分存在一定差异。蒙古栎各月叶片的精油均具有抗氧化活性,且抗氧化活性随浓度增加而增强,其中5月叶片精油抗氧化活性最强,当其精油浓度为35mg·mL^(-1)时,对ABTS阳离子自由基和DPPH自由基的清除率分别为95.05%和76.19%。蒙古栎叶片精油具有一定的抗氧化活性,本研究为蒙古栎资源的开发利用提供了参考。 In order to comprehensively explore and utilize the abundant Quercus mongolica resources,this study investigated the chemical composition and antioxidant activity of essential oil from leaves of Quercus mongolica from May to September.The essential oil of Quercus mongolica leaves were extracted each month by microwave-assisted steam distillation,and their chemical compositions were analyzed by GC-MS.The antioxidant activity of essential oil was evaluated by comparing their scavenging rates with those of ascorbic acid on ABTS cation and DPPH free radicals.A total of 9 chemical categories and 70 compounds were identified in the essential oil of Quercus mongolica leaves from May to September.There were some variations in the chemical compositions of the leaf essential oils among different months.The leaf essential oil from each month showed a significant antioxidant activity in a doseresponse fashion,with essential oil from May leaves being the strongest.When the concentration of essential oil was 35 mg·mL^(-1),the scavenging rates of ABTS cation free radicals and DPPH free radicals reached 95.05%and 76.19%,respectively.This study provides a reference for the development and utilization of Quercus mongolica resources.
