摘要
本试验以麻栎和栓皮栎为材料,采用单因素方差分析方法对麻栎和栓皮栎苗期形态及麻栎和栓皮栎种子的千粒重、表型特征数据进行分析比较。结果表明:不同种源的麻栎和栓皮栎苗期生长性状存在显著差异,存在较大变异系数,为筛选麻栎和栓皮栎优良种质资源提供数据参考。同一种源的种子,千粒重和表型特征上存在差异,为进一步保护和开发利用麻栎和栓皮栎种质资源奠定了基础。
In order to better protect and develop the seeds of Quercus acutissima and Quercus variabilis,excellent seed sources of the two species were selected,and the differences in seedling growth characteristics of different seed sources were studied,which provides a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of high-quality seeds of Q.acutissima and Q.variabilis.In this experiment,the seeds of Q.acutssima and Q.variabilis were used as materials,the seed morphology was analyzed,and the one-way analysis of variance method was used to compare showed the thousand-grain weight and phenotypic characteristics of the seedlings of Q.acutissima and Q.variabilis.The results showed that there were significant dfferences in the growth characteristics of seedlings from different sources of Q.acutissima and Q.variabilis,with a large coefficient of variation,providing a reference for the selection of excellent germplasm resources of Q.acutissima and Q.variabilis.There were differences in the thousand-grain seed weight and phenotypic characteristics of seeds from the same region,which lays a foundation for the further protection and development of germplasm resources of Q.acutissima and Q.variabilis.
