摘要
以引进的6个梨品种为试材,从植物学特性、果实性状、生长结果特性、物候期等方面进行调查,并进行比较和筛选。结果表明,‘红酥宝’‘丹霞红’可溶性固形物低,风味较淡;‘宁霞’‘红贵妃’外观不美观,口感偏酸,均不适宜推广种植。‘五九香’后熟后果肉软溶,受老年人欢迎,可适量发展。‘秋月’果实经济性状好,内质综合评价上,是适宜山东冠县栽培的中熟梨品种。
Taking 6 introduced pear varieties as test materials,the botanical characteristics,fruit traits,characteristics of growth and fruiting,phenological period,and other aspects were investigated,compared and screened.The results showed that‘Hongsubao'and‘Danxiahong'had low soluble solids and a lighter flavor,and‘Ningxia’and‘Hongguifei’had an unattractive appearance and a slightly sour taste,which were not suitable for promotion in Guanxian,Shandong Province.After ripening,the flesh of‘Wujuxiang’was soft and soluble,popular with the elderly,which variety could be developed in moderation.The fruit of‘Qiuyue’had good economic characteristics and comprehensive evaluation of its internal quality,providing that it is a suitable medium ripening pear variety for cultivation in Guanxian,Shandong Province.
