绥德的人文、地理条件为陕西省立第四师范学校①(以下简称“四师”)建于绥德作了基础保障。李大钊领导的中共北京组织的整体布局,李子洲、王懋廷等革命先驱艰苦卓绝的奋斗,以及接受了新文化、新思想,特别是马克思主义科学理论的共进社先进知识分子的呼号、追求、探索,为中共党团组织在四师的建立和发展奠定了坚实的基础,形成了“西北革命策源地”。

The humanistic and geographical conditions of Suide provided the fundamental guarantee for the establishment of No.4 Normal School of Shaanxi Province in Suide.The overall layout of the Beijing organization of the Communist Party of China led by Li Dazhao,the arduous struggle of revolutionary pioneers such as Li Zizhou and Wang Maoting,and the calls,pursuits,and explorations of the advanced intellectuals of the Gongjin Society who accepted new culture,new ideas,especially the scientific theory of Marxism,laid a solid foundation for the establishment and development of the Communist Party and League organizations at the No.4 Normal School,forming the“Northwest Revolutionary Cradle”.
