摘要
地方高校作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,在高等教育服务教育强国中起着根本性作用。地方高校必须不断提高教师的教育教学能力,以满足教师职业发展的需求。针对地方高校教学评价体系不完善、激励机制不明确、个性化发展不足、教育教学理念更新滞后等问题,提出了以教师发展为本、不断创新教育教学理念、开展国际交流合作、建立健全激励机制、制定教师发展计划的提升路径,通过教师教育教学能力的不断提升,地方高校教育教学质量和人才培养质量也相应提高。
As an important part of higher education in China,local universities play a fundamental role in serving the education of a powerful nation.Local universities must continuously improve the teaching ability of their teachers to meet the needs of professional development.In response to issues such as the imperfect teaching evaluation system,unclear incentive mechanisms,insufficient individualized development,and lagging updates in teaching concepts,this paper proposes a path for improvement that is centered on teacher development.This includes innovating teaching concepts,engaging in international exchanges and cooperation,establishing and improving incentive mechanisms,and formulating teacher development plans.Through the continuous enhancement of teaching abilities,the quality of teaching and learning and the quality of talent cultivation in local colleges and universities can be improved.
