聚合物对水泥基瓷砖胶自收缩性能影响研究

摘要 研究了在不同纤维素醚、乳胶粉及甲酸钙掺量下,水泥基瓷砖胶在不同约束条件下的自收缩性能。结果表明:乳胶粉掺量越大,瓷砖胶在自由条件下的自收缩越大;当纤维素醚掺量超过0.2%时,随着纤维素醚掺量的增加,自收缩降低;甲酸钙的掺量越大,自收缩也越大。乳胶粉掺量越大,瓷砖胶在约束条件下的自收缩越小;纤维素醚的掺入,可以抑制约束自收缩的发展,当纤维素醚掺量不超过0.3%时,对收缩影响不大,掺量达到0.4%时,可以显著降低瓷砖胶的自收缩;适当掺量的甲酸钙,增加了瓷砖胶早龄期的自收缩发展,但收缩终值会降低。 The autogenous shrinkage performance of cement-based tile adhesive under different constraints were studied under different cellulose ether,latex powder and calcium formate content.The results show that the autogenous shrinkage of ceramic tile adhesive increases with the increase of latex powder under free conditions;the autogenous shrinkage decreases with the increase of the content of cellulose ether as the content of cellulose ether exceeds 0.2%;the autogenous shrinkage increases with the increase of the amount of calcium formate.The autogenous shrinkage of tile adhesive decreases with the increase of latex powder under the constraint condition;the autogenous shrinkage of tile adhesive incorporation of cellulose ether can inhibit the development of restrained autogenous shrinkage;when the content of cellulose ether is not more than 0.3%,it has little effect on shrinkage,when the content reaches 0.4%,it can significantly reduce the autogenous shrinkage of mortar;the appropriate amount of calcium formate increases the autogenous shrinkage development of mortar at early age,but the final shrinkage value will decrease.
