摘要
为深入贯彻国家绿色发展理念,铁路货车行业将水性涂料应用范围进一步拓展至出口产品领域,同时有效解决部分出口产品防腐要求高、运营环境恶劣及海洋运输易腐蚀的问题。经考察、对比及试验研究,选择采用“双组分水性环氧厚浆底漆+双组分水性聚硅氧烷面漆”的涂料体系替代原溶剂型涂料体系。本文主要介绍了该水性复合涂层体系的产品特点、技术性能以及在具体车型产品应用上的涂装工艺及应用效果。
In order to fully implement the national concept of green development,the application scope of waterbased coatings is further expanded to the field of export products in the railway freight car industry.At the same time,it effectively solves the problems of high anti-corrosion requirements for some export products,bad operating environment and easy corrosion in marine transportation.Through investigation,comparison and experimental research,the coatings system of“two-component water-based epoxy thick paste primer+two-component waterbased polysiloxane top paint”is chosen to replace the original solvent-based coatings system.In this paper,the product characteristics,technical performance,coating process and application effect of the water-based composite coating system were introduced.
