摘要
为满足煤矿辅助运输更高的安全需求,设计了一种带盘式制动器的卡轨车绞车,该盘式制动器可作为紧急情况下的安全制动或备用制动使用。本文介绍了该设计绞车的结构特征,说明了绞车盘式制动器的制动原理与过程,并对制动力矩进行了计算校核,表明其可以满足安全要求,为煤矿安全生产提供了保障。
In order to meet the higher safety requirements of coal mine auxiliary transportation,a railcar winch with disc brake is designed.The disc brake can be used as safety brake or standby brake in emergency.This paper introduces the structural characteristics of the designed winch,explains the braking principle and process of the winch disc brake,and calculates and checks the braking torque,indicating that it can meet the safety requirements and provide a guarantee for coal mine safety production.
