强磁烧结陶瓷CBN砂轮磨削表面形貌研究

摘要 针对现有磨削表面形貌模型无法准确表征强磁烧结陶瓷CBN砂轮特定磨粒取向的问题,提出一种新型的虚拟砂轮与磨削表面形貌数值模型。首先,选择磨粒模型,使其长轴具备特定取向,利用将已经阵列排布磨料的位置随机地位移的方法,建立具备随机磨粒位置的砂轮模型;其次,将磨粒与工件表面数值离散,建立磨削表面形貌数值模型;最后,开展仿真与磨削实验,揭示了强磁烧结陶瓷CBN砂轮磨削中,不同磨削加工参数对磨削表面形貌的综合影响规律,验证了该模型的有效性,为后续研究强磁烧结陶瓷CBN砂轮磨削机理提供了理论基础。 Addressing the issue that existing grinding surface topography models are unable to accurately characterize the specific grain orientation of strong magnetic sintered ceramic CBN grinding wheels,a novel numerical model of virtual grinding wheel and grinding surface topography is proposed.Firstly,a grain model is selected with a specific orientation of its long axis.The grinding wheel model with random grain positions is established by giving random displacements to the array placed grains.Secondly,the grains and the workpiece surface are numerically discretized to establish a numerical model of grinding surface topography.Finally,through simulation and grinding experiments,the comprehensive influence of different processing parameters on the grinding surface topography of strong magnetic sintered ceramic CBN grinding wheels is revealed.The validity of the model is verified,providing a theoretical basis for subsequent research on the grinding mechanism of strong magnetic sintered ceramic CBN grinding wheels.
