摘要
目的观察案例教学法(CBL)结合情景模拟教学法(SSTM)在中医院重症医学临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取100名我院重症医学科规培学员随机分为实验组与对照组,实验组采用CBL联合SSTM,对照组采用传统教学模式。调查实验组规培学员对CBL联合SSTM的满意度;比较两组理论知识、案例分析以及技能操作的成绩。结果问卷调查显示,实验组对CBL联合SSTM的5项评价内容认可程度都在90.00%以上。实验组的案例分析和技能操作考核成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在进行重症医学临床教学的过程中按照CBL联合SSTM进行教学可以有效提升教学工作的综合效果,帮助学员更好地掌握专业技术。
Objective:To observe the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with scenario simulation teaching method(SSTM)in the clinical teaching of critical care medicine at a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)hospital.Methods:A total of 100 trainees from the intensive care department of our hospital were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group received CBL combined with SSTM,while the control group received traditional teaching methods.The satisfaction of the experimental group with CBL combined with SSTM was surveyed,and the theoretical knowledge,case analysis,and sklls operation scores of both groups were compared.Results:The questionnaire survey showed that the experimental group had a recognition level of over 90.00%for the five evaluation items of CBL combined with SSTM.The experimental group performed better than the traditional teaching group in case analysis and skills operation assessments(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using CBL combined with SSTM in the clinical teaching of critical care medicine can effectively enhance the overall effectiveness of teaching and help students master professional skills better.
