利妥昔单抗联合维生素D对难治性支原体肺炎患儿的疗效

摘要 目的探讨利妥昔单抗联合维生素D治疗难治性支原体肺炎(refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,RMPP)患儿的效果。方法随机选取98例RMPP患儿作为研究对象,分为对照组与试验组,每组49例。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组采用利妥昔单抗联合维生素D治疗,连续治疗2周。比较2组患儿的疗效及临床基本指标的差异,比较治疗前后2组肺功能与免疫功能的变化,统计2组患儿不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗后,试验组的疗效、肺功能指标与免疫功能指标改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),试验组的退热时间、啰音消失时间及咳嗽好转时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),2组患儿不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利妥昔单抗联合维生素D治疗RMPP患儿的疗效较好,可促进患儿康复,改善其肺功能及免疫功能。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of rituximab combined with vitamin D in children with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia(refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,RMPP).Methods 98 cases of RMPP were randomly selected and divided into a control group(n=49)and an experimental group(n=49).The control group received conventional treatment,while the experimental group received rituximab combined with vitamin D for 2 weeks.The difference of curative effect,the clinical basic indices,the changes of pulmonary function and immune function,and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were observed and compared between the 2 groups.Results After treatment,the drug efficacy,pulmonary function and immune function in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of fever,rales disappearance and cough improvement in the experimental group were significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Rituximab combined with vitamins D is effective in RMPP children,which can promote the recovery of patients,improve their lung function and immune function.
