加味三拗汤联合穴位敷贴在支气管哮喘中的应用效果

Application effect of modified Sanao Decoction combined with acupoint application on bronchial asthma

目的探究加味三拗汤联合中药穴位敷贴对支气管哮喘患者的疗效以及对患者血清辅助性T细胞17(T helper cell 17,Th17)与调节T细胞(regulatory T cells,Treg)比值的影响。方法将收治的86例支气管哮喘患者按照随机分组原则分为空白组与试验组,各43例。空白组给予支气管哮喘常规西医治疗,试验组给予加味三拗汤联合中药穴位敷贴治疗,治疗周期为2周。比较2组治疗2周后的临床疗效。比较治疗前后2组患者的中医症候积分和临床指标(Th17细胞、Treg细胞以及Th17/Treg)变化情况,观察2组患者生活质量变化[哮喘生活质量问卷调查(asthma quality of life questionnaire,AQLQ)]以及药物不良反应(头晕、呕吐、腹泻)的发生情况。结果治疗2个疗程后,试验组的治疗有效率为93.02%,空白组的治疗有效率为76.74%。试验组的临床疗效、Treg细胞水平和AQLQ评分均明显高于空白组(P<0.05)。试验组各项中医症候积分、Th17细胞水平、Th17/Treg比值以及药物不良反应总发生率均明显低于空白组(P<0.05)。结论加味三拗汤联合中药穴位敷贴能有效治疗支气管哮喘,改善中医症候,调节血清Th17/Treg水平,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the efficacy of modified Sanao Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)acupoint application in patients with bronchial asthma and the influence on serum T helper cell 17(Th17)/regulatory T cell(Treg).Methods A total of 86 in patients with bronchial asthma were divided into a blank group and an experimental group according to the random grouping principle,with 43 cases in each group.The blank group was treated with conventional western medicine for bronchial asthma,and the experimental group was treated with modified Sanao Decoction combined with TCM acupoint application,and the treatment cycle was 2 weeks.The difference in clinical efficacy between the 2 groups after 2 weeks of treatment was compared.The TCM symptoms scores and clinical indicators(Th17 cell,Treg cell and Th17/Treg)were compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment,and the quality of life[Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire(AQLQ)]and adverse drug reactions(dizziness,vomiting,and diarrhea)were observed.Results After 2 courses of treatment,the effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 93.02%,and that of the blank group was 76.74%.The clinical efficacy,Treg cell level and AQLQ scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the blank group(P<0.05).The TCM symptoms scores,Th17 cell level,Th17/Treg ratio and the total incidence of adverse drug reactions in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the blank group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Sanao Decoction combined with TCM acupoint application can effectively treat bronchial asthma,improve TCM symptoms,regulate the levels of serum Th17/Treg cytokines,and improve the quality of life of patients.
