应用智能静脉用药调配机器人调配化疗药物安全性的研究

摘要 目的评价智能静脉用药调配机器人调配化疗药物的安全性,为静脉用药调配中心化疗药物的调配提供参考。方法回顾性纳入该院静脉用药调配中心2022年12月至2023年11月采用智能配药机器人WEINAS PD-160调配的化疗药物24462袋为观察组,2021年12月至2022年11月采用人工调配的化疗药物22973袋为对照组,比较2组药物药液微粒数、药物残留率、配药差错率、调配精度。结果2组总体药液微粒数均值分别为(8.6±3.8)、(14.2±3.9)粒·袋^(-1),观察组各类化疗药物调配成品药液微粒数平均值均低于对照组,均P<0.05;药物残留超标率分别为1.8%、4.2%,观察组各类药物残留超标率均低于对照组,均P<0.05;观察组各类药物配药差错率比较均低于对照组,均P<0.05;处方重复、用药剂量、输液规格、溶媒剂量、溶媒种类、药物泄漏几种错误类型比较,观察组均低于对照组,均P<0.05;观察组调配精度均值高于对照组,调配精度超标率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论应用智能静脉用药机器人调配化疗药物,可以减少配药差错事件的发生,提高调配精度,降低药液微粒数,可取得比传统人工调配更高的成品质量。 Objective To evaluate the safety of intelligent intravenous drug dispensing robots for dispensing chemotherapy drugs,and provide reference for the dispensing of chemotherapy drugs in intravenous drug dispensing centers(PIVAS).Methods A retrospective study was conducted,including 24462 bags of chemotherapy drugs prepared using the intelligent dispensing robot WEINAS PD-160 in the PIVAS of our hospital from December 2022 to November 2023 as the observation group,and 22973 bags of chemotherapy drugs manually prepared from December 2021 to November 2022 as the control group.The particle count,drug residue rate,dispensing error rate,and dispensing accuracy of the 2 groups were compared.Results The average number of particles in the overall drug solution of the 2 groups was(8.6±3.8)particles/bag and(14.2±3.9)particles/bag,respectively.The average number of particles in the finished drug solution of various chemotherapy drugs in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The exceeding rates of drug residues were 1.8%and 4.2%,respectively.The exceeding rates of various types of drug residues in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The error rate of drug dispensing in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Among the types of errors such as prescription repetition,medication dosage,infusion specifications,solvent dosage,solvent type,and drug leakage,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The average precision of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the exceeding rate of precision was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying intelligent intravenous medication robots to dispense chemotherapy drugs can reduce the occurrence of dispensing errors,improve dispensing accuracy,reduce the number of particles in the medication solution,and achieve higher product quality than traditional manual dispensing.
