前哨淋巴结活检联合保乳手术治疗老年早期乳腺癌的效果分析

Effect of Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy Combined with Breast-conserving Surgery in the Treatment of Senile Early Breast Cancer

目的:分析前哨淋巴结活检联合保乳手术治疗老年早期乳腺癌的效果。方法:抽取2015年1月—2019年12月镇江市第一人民医院收治的60例老年早期乳腺癌患者进行研究,随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组手术方案为腋窝淋巴结清扫术联合保乳手术,观察组手术方案为前哨淋巴结活检联合保乳手术。比较两组手术效果。结果:观察组拔管时间早于对照组,出血量、术后引流量较对照组低,住院时间较对照组短(P<0.05);两组手术时间比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为3.33%,较对照组低(P<0.05)。两组转移率、复发率均无明显差异(P>0.05);与对照组相比,观察组手术满意率更高(P<0.05)。结论:前哨淋巴结活检联合保乳手术是一种安全、微创的手术方案,治疗老年早期乳腺癌的效果良好,可减轻手术创伤,缩短患者术后恢复时间,减少并发症,患者满意度高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of sentinel lymph node biopsy combined with breast-conserving surgery in the treatment of senile early breast cancer.Methods:Sixty elderly patients with early breast cancer treated in Zhenjiang First People's Hospital from January 2015 to December 2019 were selected for this study and randomly divided into two groups with thirty cases in each group.The operation plan of the control group was axillary lymph node dissection combined with breast-conserving surgery,and the operation plan of the observation group was sentinel lymph node biopsy combined with breast-conserving surgery.The operation ef⁃fect of the two groups was compared.Results:The extubation time of observation group was earlier than that of control group,the blood loss and postoperative drainage volume were lower than that of control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05);the total complica⁃tion rate of the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);there were no significant differ⁃ences in metastasis rate and recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05);compared with the control group,the satisfaction rate of operation in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sentinel lymph node biopsy combined with breastconserving surgery is a safe and minimally invasive surgical protocol,which has good effect in the treatment of elderly early breast cancer,can reduce surgical trauma,shorten postoperative recovery time,reduce complications,and improve patient satisfaction.
