自拟活血益精汤联合生精胶囊治疗特发性男性不育症的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Self-Prepared Huoxue Yijing Decoction Combined with Shengjing Capsule in Treatment of Idiopathic Male Infertility

目的:分析自拟活血益精汤联合生精胶囊治疗特发性男性不育症的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月玉林市第二人民医院收治的80例特发性男性不育症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采用生精胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用自拟活血益精汤治疗。对比两组治疗前后精子活力、精子密度及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组精子活力、精子密度比较,均无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组精子活力、精子密度提高,与对照组相比,观察组更高(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:自拟活血益精汤联合生精胶囊治疗特发性男性不育症的临床效果较好,可以有效提高患者精子活力和精子密度,且安全性良好。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of self-prepared Huoxue Yijing Decoction combined with Shengjing Capsule in treatment of idiopathic male infertility.Methods:A total of 80 patients with idiopathic male infertility admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Yulin from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shengjing Capsule,and the observation group was treated with self-prepared Huoxue Yijing Decoction on the basis of the control group.Sperm motility,sperm density and incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in sperm motility and sperm density between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,sperm motility and sperm density in the two groups increased,and were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Self-prepared Huoxue Yijing Decoction combined with Shengjing Capsules has good clinical effects in treatment of idiopathic male infertility,and can effectively improve the sperm motility and sperm density,with a good safety.
