补阳还五汤联合尼莫地平治疗中老年脑供血不足的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Nimodipine in Treatment of Insufficient Cerebral Blood Supply in Middle-Aged and Elderly

目的:分析补阳还五汤联合尼莫地平治疗中老年脑供血不足的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年12月于陇南市武都区中医院确诊为中老年脑供血不足的患者74例作为观察对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各37例。对照组患者应用尼莫地平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用补阳还五汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.30%,高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组椎动脉、基底动脉以及大脑中动脉血流速度提高,与对照组相比,观察组更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度以及纤维蛋白原水平下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组症状评分下降,与对照组相比,观察组评分较低(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤联合尼莫地平治疗中老年脑供血不足的临床效果显著,能够有效改善患者血液流变学、血流动力学指标,促进症状改善。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with nimodipine in treatment of insufficient cerebral blood supply in middle-aged and elderly.Methods:A total of 74 middle-aged and elderly patients with a confirmed diagnosis of insufficient cerebral blood supply in Chinese Medicine Hospital in Wudu District of Longnan City from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with nimodipine,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.30%,which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood flow velocity of vertebral artery,basilar artery and middle cerebral artery in the two groups increased,which was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen in the two groups decreased,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with nimodipine has significant clinical effect in the treatment of insufficient cerebral blood supply in middle-aged and elderly,and can effectively improve the hemorheology and hemodynamics indexes of patients and promote the improvement of symptoms.
