益气活血通络汤治疗脑梗死恢复期气虚血瘀证的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction in Treating Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome in Convalescent Stage of Cerebral Infarction

目的:探究益气活血通络汤治疗脑梗死恢复期气虚血瘀证的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年12月民乐县中医医院收治的脑梗死恢复期气虚血瘀证患者80例进行研究,使用随机数字表法进行分组,每组40例。常规组给予常规对症治疗,研究组在常规组基础上给予益气活血通络汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、神经功能、日常生活能力。结果:治疗前,两组半身不遂、口眼歪斜、语言謇涩、偏身麻木、乏力气短、自汗积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组半身不遂、口眼歪斜、语言謇涩、偏身麻木、乏力气短、自汗积分明显降低,且研究组降低幅度大于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中国脑卒中临床神经功能缺损程度评分量表(CSS)、Barthel指数评定表(BI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组CSS评分降低,BI评分升高,研究组CSS评分低于常规组,BI评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血通络汤治疗脑梗死恢复期气虚血瘀证的效果确切,能够改善患者临床症状、神经功能,促进日常生活能力恢复。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the convalescent stage of cerebral infarction.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2021,80 patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the convalescent stage of cerebral infarction who were admitted to Minle County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected for this study.They were divided into groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The conventional group received conventional symptomatic treatment,while the study group received Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction treatment on the basis of conventional group.The clinical efficacy,neurological function,and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of hemiplegia,eye-mouth deviation,dysphasia,hemianesthesia,acratia and shortness of breath,and spontaneous sweating between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of hemiplegia,eye-mouth deviation,dysphasia,hemianesthesia,acratia and shortness of breath,and spontaneous sweating in two groups significantly decreased,and the decline range in the study group was greater than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of Chinese Stroke Scale(CSS)and Barthel Index(BI)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the CSS score decreased and the BI score increased in the two groups,the CSS score in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the BI score in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 90.00%,which was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction has a definite effect in the treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the convalescent stage of cerebral infarction,and can ameliorate the clinical symptoms and neurological function of patients,and promote the recovery of daily living activity.
