大承气汤加减、复方聚乙二醇电解质散 联合二甲硅油散在慢性便秘患者肠道准备中的应用效果

Application Effect of Modified Dachengqi Decoction and Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte Powder Combined with Dimethicone Powder in Bowel Preparation of Patients with Chronic Constipation

目的:观察大承气汤加减联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散在慢性便秘患者肠道准备中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年3月于苏州市吴江区中医医院行结肠镜检查的慢性便秘患者200例作为观察对象,按照双盲法随机分为两组,每组100例。对照组采用莫沙必利、复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合二甲硅油散进行肠道准备,观察组采用大承气汤加减、复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合二甲硅油散进行肠道准备。对比两组肠道准备效果。结果:观察组大便清澈时间较对照组短,排便次数较对照组多(P<0.05)。观察组左侧结肠、横结肠、右侧结肠肠道准备评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:大承气汤加减、复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合二甲硅油散在慢性便秘患者肠道准备中的应用效果较好,能够缩短患者大便清澈时间、改善清肠效果。

Objective:To observe the application effect of modified Dachengqi Decoction combined with polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in bowel preparation of patients with chronic constipation.Methods:A total of 200 chronic constipation patients who underwent colonoscopy examination at Suzhou City Wujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the observation objects.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the double-blind method,with 100 cases in each group.In the control group,mosapride and polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with dimethicone powder were used for bowel preparation.In the observation group,modified Dachengqi Decoction and polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with dimethicone powder was used for bowel preparation.The bowel preparation effect was compared between two groups.Results:The stool clarity time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the number of defecation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The bowel preparation scores of the left colon,transverse colon and right colon and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Dachengqi Decoction and polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with dimethicone powder has good application effects in bowel preparation of patients with chronic constipation,and can shorten stool clarity time and improve intestinal cleansing effect.
