小针刀结合火龙罐治疗肩周炎的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Small Needle Knife Combined with Huolong Cupping in Treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的:探讨小针刀结合火龙罐治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法:将2022年1—12月镇原县第一人民医院收治的106例肩周炎患者随机分为两组,每组53例。对照组采用小针刀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用火龙罐治疗。对比两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.23%,高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组疼痛评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肩关节外展、外旋、后伸最大角度增大,且观察组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肌力、疼痛、日常生活活动、关节活动度评分及总分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀结合火龙罐治疗肩周炎的临床效果显著,能明显缓解疼痛,提高肩关节功能及活动度。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of small needle knife combined with Huolong cupping in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:A total of 106 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis who were treated at Zhenyuan County First People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with small needle knife,and the observation group was treated with Huolong cupping on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.23%,which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain scores in the two groups decreased,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum angles of abduction,external rotation and rear extension of shoulder joint in the two groups increased,and the improvement in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,muscle strength,pain,activities of daily living,joint range of motion scores and total scores in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of small needle knife combined with Huolong cupping in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis is significant,which can significantly relieve pain,and improve the function and range of motion of shoulder joint.
