温针灸联合康复理疗治疗颈源性头痛的临床效果观察

Observation on Clinical Effect of Warm Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Physiotherapy in Treatment of Cervicogenic Headache

目的:分析温针灸联合康复理疗治疗颈源性头痛的临床效果。方法:将金华市婺城区罗埠镇中心卫生院针灸理疗科收治的80例颈源性头痛患者(收治时间:2019年8月—2023年8月)随机分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组行推拿按摩法、康复理疗,试验组行温针灸联合康复理疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:试验组治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医证候积分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组SAS、SDS评分降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸联合康复理疗治疗颈源性头痛的临床效果良好,有助于缓解患者症状、头痛程度,改善不良心理状况。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of warm acupuncture combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy in treatment of cervicogenic headache.Methods:A total of 80 patients with cervicogenic headache who were admitted to the Department of Acupuncture and Physiotherapy at Luobu Town Central Health Center in Wucheng District of Jinhua City(admission time:August 2019 to August 2023)were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received massage and rehabilitation physiotherapy,and the experimental group received warm acupuncture and rehabilitation physiotherapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 90.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in the TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in two groups decreased,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy has good clinical effects in treatment of cervicogenic headache,and is helpful to alleviate the patient's symptoms and headache degree,and ameliorate bad psychological status.
