彩色多普勒超声检查在肾结石、输尿管结石诊断中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of Application Effect of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Renal Calculi and Ureteral Calculi

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声检查在肾结石、输尿管结石诊断中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2023年2月北京市昌平区东小口社区卫生服务中心收治的肾结石患者32例、输尿管结石患者38例作为观察对象,均进行彩色多普勒超声检查,以病理学检查结果以及静脉尿路造影检查结果作为诊断“金标准”,分析彩色多普勒超声检查诊断肾结石、输尿管结石的效能。结果:70例患者经彩色多普勒超声检查显示,确诊肾结石31例,输尿管结石37例。彩色多普勒超声检查诊断肾结石、输尿管结石准确率、灵敏度、阳性预测值均>95%,漏诊率较低。结论:彩色多普勒超声检查能够明确肾结石、输尿管结石的大小、位置,诊断肾结石、输尿管结石的效能较高,可为临床相关诊治工作提供科学数据。

Objective:To explore the application effect of color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of renal calculi and ureteral calculi.Methods:A total of 32 patients with renal calculi and 38 patients with ureteral calculi admitted to Beijing Changping District Dongxiaokou Community Health Service Center from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as observation objects.All patients underwent color Doppler ultrasonography.The results of pathological examination and intravenous urography were used as the"gold standard"to analyze the efficacy of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of renal calculi and ureteral calculi.Results:Color Doppler ultrasonography of 70 patients showed that,31 cases had renal calculi and 37 cases had ureteral calculi.The accuracy rate,sensitivity,and positive predictive value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of renal calculi and ureteral calculi were>95%,and the missed diagnosis rate was low.Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasonography can determine the size and location of renal calculi and ureteral calculi,has high efficacy in diagnosing renal calculi and ureteral calculi,and can provide scientific data for clinical relevant diagnosis and treatment.
