护理安全管理路径在老年患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Nursing Safety Management Path in Nursing Care of Elderly Patients

目的:探讨护理安全管理路径在老年患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年8月宿迁市钟吾医院收治的老年患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为管理路径组(n=50,采用常规护理联合护理安全管理路径)与非管理路径组(n=50,采用常规护理),比较两组护理效果。结果:管理路径组护理总满意度高于非管理路径组(P<0.05)。管理路径组安全管理总有效率高于非管理路径组(P<0.05)。管理路径组患者摔倒发生率为8.0%,压疮发生率为4.0%,均低于非管理路径组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理安全管理路径在老年患者护理中的应用效果良好,可降低患者意外事故发生率,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing safety management path in nursing care of elderly patients.Methods:A total of 100 elderly patients admitted to Suqian Zhongwu Hospital from March 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into management path group(n=50,receiving conventional nursing and nursing safety management path)and non-management path group(n=50,receiving conventional nursing).The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total satisfaction degree with nursing in the management path group was higher than that in the non-management path group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of safety management in the management path group was higher than that in the non-management path group(P<0.05).The incidence of falls and pressure ulcers in the management path group was 8.0%and 4.0%,which were lower than those in the non-management path group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing safety management path has good effects in the nursing care of elderly patients,and can reduce the probability of accidents and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
