优质护理在急性胰腺炎患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of High-Quality Nursing in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

目的:分析优质护理在急性胰腺炎患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年5月滨州医学院附属医院收治的74例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组(n=37,实施常规护理)与观察组(n=37,实施优质护理)。对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组排便恢复正常时间、腹痛消失时间、体温恢复正常时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、腹胀消失时间较对照组短(P<0.05)。两组抑郁、焦虑评分均低于护理前,与对照组相比,观察组评分更低(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。护理后,两组心理功能、物质生活、躯体功能、社会功能评分均高于护理前,与对照组相比,观察组评分更高(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理在急性胰腺炎患者护理中的应用效果显著,有助于改善患者临床症状、生活质量及负面情绪,降低其并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing in the nursing of patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods:A total of 74 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to Binzhou Medical University Hospital from March 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(n=37,implementing conventional nursing)and an observation group(n=37,implementing high-quality nursing)using a random number table method.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:The time of recovering to normal defecation,the time of abdominal pain disappearance,the time of recovering to normal body temperature,the time of bowel sound recovery and the time of abdominal distension disappearance in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of depression and anxiety in two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of psychological function,material life,physical function and social function in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing has significant application effects in the nursing of patients with acute pancreatitis,and can help improve clinical symptoms,quality of life,and negative emotions of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.
